Because our bags are 100% genuine leather and handmade, they are sensitive to water. If they get wet, gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth and allow them to dry naturally. Do not use direct heat sources (hair dryers, heaters).
The leather used in Otrera bags is carefully selected, high-quality natural leather. With proper care and maintenance, it maintains its durability for many years. However, due to the nature of natural leather, slight traces of wear and tear may appear over time, adding to the product's character and elegance.
