Suede Product Care:

Cleaning: Suede is a delicate material, so avoid contact with water. Gently brush with a suede brush to remove dirt.
Stain Removal: For stains, you can use a suede eraser or a special suede cleaning spray.
Protection: Protect your suede items from moisture and wetness. You can add extra protection by using a waterproofing spray.

Leather Product Care:

Cleaning: Wipe your leather bag with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid chemical cleaning products, as they can damage the leather.
Moisturizer: Use a leather conditioner or oil to maintain the suppleness of your leather products. Choose only suitable, high-quality products.
Protection: Keep your leather bags out of direct sunlight and away from excessive heat. Also, when not in use for extended periods, keep them padded to maintain their original shape.

Do not store your bag in a plastic bag or leave it in strong light or intense sunlight for extended periods of time. Otherwise, you may experience color changes or fading.

Chemicals like hairspray, perfume, and nail polish can stain leather, so they should be used away from the bag. If this happens, do not attempt to remove the stain yourself; only have it cleaned by certified professional cleaners. Avoid oil-based stains. Leather will absorb the oil over time, eliminating it. Ink stains are completely indelible.
